Refunds are available if product arrives damaged during the shipping process. If this happens, please send an email to [email protected] and add on the subject section ( damaged product due to shipping) Must include pictures of damaged item and has to be within 2 days of receiving your product.
We try as much as we can to work with you on getting thins they way you want them and to make sure you are pleased with your product. Due to items being personalized and custom made, Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are accepted if there is a mistake or defect in the item that was our responsibility. As much as we work very hard on making things the way you want, We take full ownership if there is something that wans't the way you want, due to a fault of our own.
